Library
The Special Library for Cultural Policy and Copyright is open for everyone. The library is jointly managed by the Finnish Copyright Society and Center for Cultural Policy Research Cupore.
The Special Library on Copyright was established in 1987 in connection with Teosto, but since 1993 it has operated as part of the Finnish Copyright Society and its subordinate Copyright Institute. The library’s collection includes key Finnish and international literature in the field of copyright.
In terms of cultural policy, the library’s collection is developed based on the needs of Cupore’s researchers and research projects. The core of the collection comes from a unique cultural policy collection of about 5,000 volumes donated in 2012 by the Arts Council of Finland (now the Arts Promotion Centre Finland).
The library is open to everyone and operates on weekdays, Monday to Friday, by appointment. Please schedule an appointment in advance to borrow materials.
Opening Hours
The library is open by appointment Mon-Fri.
